Notice to Guest: The Julian Lodge is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.  The Lodge is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  Paid parking is at-own-risk. The Julian Lodge does not have an elevator.  Please contact the front desk prior to arrival if you require ground-level accommodations or Accessible accommodations as selections are limited.  Requests are subject to availability.  The lodge is pet-friendly and there may be dog(s) and cat(s) on the premises.

Please note:

  • As of May 2020, the hotel is no longer serving breakfast.
  • Effective May 15th, 2023, On-site parking will be $5.00 per day and a pass provided by the lodge will be required to be displayed in your vehicle.
  • We have resumed daily room cleaning services.  Cleaning for our guests staying multiple nights is available upon request.  Please inquire at check-in for more information.

Daily Office Hours: 8:00am until 7:00pm daily.  Please make arrangements for late arrival with the front desk for timely access to your accommodations after hours.

Minimum Check-In Age: You must be age 18 or older to check into The Julian Lodge.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.  Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee, and changes made within 7 days of arrival are subject to change fees.  No-Show reservations are subject to one night charge.  Reservations with declined payment methods will be cancelled by the hotel.

Payments: The Julian Lodge accepts all major credit cards and cash for payment.  Cash payments are subject to a refundable deposit of $200.00.

All Rooms are non-smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the guestrooms and may result in fees or removal from property.

Pet Policy: All Pets must be registered at check-in by completing a Pet Waiver and paying a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee of $35.00.  Two (2) pets maximum are allowed.  Note: Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in the room at any point during the stay, including in a crate or kennel.  If this policy is ignored, guests may be subject to fees associated with noise complaints or may be asked to leave.

*There is no fee for service animals.  Service animals are subject to all applicable laws under the Americans with Disabilities Act.*

Note to Parents: Children must be supervised at all times on the premises.

Quiet Hours: For the enjoyment of all of our guests, we maintain quiet hours after 10:30pm.
