The Julian Lodge invites you to enjoy the beauty and freshness of the mountains, where more than 100 years ago the town of Julian was founded. Julian still maintains its unique quality of life, where time stands still and there is freedom from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Drop your car and take a stroll down Main Street to enjoy local fare and laid-back mountain living. Whether you’re a large group, family reunion, wedding party, or a romantic couple, you’ll find something to enjoy here.

Nice little Inn just off of Main Street, great to allow exploration of Julian

Stayed here with Wife, and two young kids. Tight fit for everyone, but exactly what we knew we were getting. Clean room, comfortable, and warm on a chilly night. We checked in a little early and had a place to leave the car while we explored the Eagle Gold Mine and main street in Julian. Town gets quiet after dark when all the day tourists leave. Nice place and the old Julian Jail is just out back for a quick sightsee around the property.

Excellent alternative to main street

Very nice, clean, well-appointed place to stay in Julian, just off main street, close to everything, good off-street parking, very good staff. We stayed in one of the king suites, up stairs, and enjoyed the extra roominess. Hopefully we can return some day. Only downside was the walls, being a little thin (consistent with age of the building), allowed us to "enjoy" everything said by a noisy party that arrived late at night. Breakfast was pretty good.

Fantastic as Always

This was about our 17 th visit to this wonderful Boutique hotel - our favourite in all of Europe. This time we stayed two weeks. We were the first to occupy the newly-renovated #402. Very tastefully updated, with all new bathroom and very comfortable furniture. As always, the breakfasts are so extensive, we hardly need any lunch. Most of all, we love all of the staff, many of whom we have come to know very well over the years. They are always so kind and accommodating to our every wish. We have already booked a return visit for next winter, this time accompanied by some of our Canadian family.
